RETURNED PACKAGES POLICY

TBC does not modify or update addresses after purchase per our Address Change Policy. If your package is returned due to an address issue including but not limited to:

Missing address digit(s)
Missing apartment number
Misspellings
Failed delivery by the carrier

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in full via invoice before your order is resent to the corrected address as TBC does not offer refunds. Please email l.mayes@truebodycomtours.com with your inquiry regarding returned packages.

Please note, finalizing your purchase means you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions in addition to our refund and exchange process. All purchases are FINAL. There are no, refunds or exchange of any products or services.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF PRODUCTS

Cancellation requests will be honored if your purchase is available for cancellation at the time a Customer Support Team Member receives it.

TRUE BODY CONTOURS, LLC will make every attempt to approve cancellation requests made by our “Curve Servers” however these requests are NOT GUARANTEED for any reason. Sending an email directly after placing the order HELPS but also does not guarantee approval as many times your purchase is pulled for shipment as soon as the purchase is submitted. Once a purchase is pulled for shipment, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF SERVICES

Every client is important to TBC thus reserve this time especially for you! Please give us 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so TBC may keep our schedule flowing and service everyone in a timely manner. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24-hour period, 50% of the service will be charged with the card on file. If you cancel, no show, or reschedule within 8 hours of your appointment time, 100% of the service will be charged. No show equals no service. If you are scheduled in the office and you cancel or reschedule the same policy applies. Your card on file will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be on time for your appointment. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled. Your booking fee will be forfeited and your card will still be charged for the remaining balance of the service. Booking with True Body Contours, LLC means you are agreeing and accepting all the terms and conditions.

ADDRESS CHANGE POLICY

TBC does not offer address changes after purchase, however, once you receive your tracking number you can contact the USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your package rerouted. Please note: If your package is returned to our Millington, TN location because of the address error, you must pay for return shipping costs before your package can be resent to the corrected address.
